Your Role and Impact: Neighbor Ambassador

While other companies might call them “Leasing Agents” or “Leasing Consultants,” our Neighbor Ambassadors play a much more expansive and impactful role. As a Neighbor Ambassador, your daily responsibilities will be a dynamic blend of:

• Customer Service: Your primary goal is to ensure our Neighbors feel genuinely at HOME, exceptionally well-cared for, and truly proud to be part of our Neighborhoods. You’ll demonstrate that their experience with us truly matters.
• Sales: You’ll streamline the renting process, guiding our Future Neighbors through our Ultimate Leasing Experience to help them transition smoothly into becoming valued Neighbors.
• Administration: This role offers comprehensive exposure to property management operations. You’ll master tasks such as creating Neighborhood reports, conducting market surveys, preparing rental agreements, and posting apartment advertisements.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits that extend well beyond your paycheck, encompassing both traditional and unique perks. The provided salary range is determined by various factors, including location, specific job skills, experience, and qualifications.

Compensation

• Pay Range: $25.00 to $28.75 per hour
• $200 Incentive Per Lease
• Discretionary Semi-Annual Bonus Plan
• Weekend Shift Premium Pay

Other Bonuses & Incentives (where applicable): Referral Bonus, Training Coach Bonus, Renovation Bonus, Lease-Up Bonus, Leasing & Occupancy Contests.
