Program Description:

The College Internship Program – Marketing and Sales is an immersion program at U.S. based resorts. Interns gain work experience in Sales Centers, participating in onboarding, operational duties, eLearning, virtual meetings with company leaders, job shadowing, and mentorship. The program lasts 10-12 weeks and offers a full-time, paid internship. Successful interns receive high consideration for future career opportunities.

Job Summary:

Interns will learn and perform job duties within their assigned department, potentially mastering the role of a non-commissioned marketing associate. They’ll have opportunities to learn about commission-based roles, the sales department, and other areas. Interns may also be involved in department projects. They’ll learn about the drivers of a successful Marketing and Sales operation and contribute to important matters, while also learning about and demonstrating the company’s values and core beliefs.
