Job Description: Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor Sr (F-35 FORWARD FUSELAGE)
This role offers a leadership opportunity for individuals who enjoy guiding others to success. You will be expected to be visionary, innovative, strategic, and passionate about developing your team.
Responsibilities:
• Lead manufacturing activities and represented workforce to accomplish cost, schedule, and quality goals for F-35 FORWARD FUSELAGE.
• Assign daily tasks and guide implementation.
• Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of aircraft records.
• Implement build plans.
• Identify and implement changes to improve quality, schedule, and cost.
• Reinforce a culture that values and embraces Foreign Object Damage prevention.
• Ensure certification of employees who perform certification required tasks.
• Provide a safe work environment and take timely corrective action to correct unsafe conditions.
• Ensure employees and leadership comply with defined Core processes and program-specific processes.
• Proactively encourage continuous improvement and development of technical competencies, talent, and performance.
• Identify and lead the incorporation of continuous improvement actions into manufacturing processes. Identify gaps in skill sets.
• Collaborate with Labor Relations and Human Resources to enhance employee engagement.

Qualifications:
• Experience leading in an Aerospace Manufacturing &/or Aircraft Maintenance Environment.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing concepts and cost reduction with understanding of business metrics to drive performance.
• Knowledge of machining centers &/or machining practices
Desired Skills:
• Ability to prioritize tasks and operate efficiently in a demanding environment.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
• Familiarity with QADS, SFM, PDM, VAS, JDL, ALIS, JTD.
• Strong background in business metrics, specifically cost and schedule management.
• Experience managing in a Union environment.
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
This position is onsite full-time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
