The app aims to replace scattered screenshots, difficult-to-find online content, and messy notes. Key features include saving and mapping personal travel lists, sharing recommendations quickly with friends and group chats, and discovering curated recommendations from trusted sources. Flaire’s overall mission is to make travel planning more social, personal, and effortless.
Job Description: 1-Week Mini Marketing Internship (Remote)
This is a one-week, remote internship focused on grassroots marketing for a fast-growing travel tech startup. Interns will run their own personalized marketing campaign to grow Flaire’s community. The internship offers direct access to the C-suite team, including fireside chats and office hours with the founder. It also provides exposure to various startup roles (Product, Growth, Marketing, Design, Social Media) through a “Startup 101: Day-in-the-Life Series.” The internship prioritizes authentic, word-of-mouth growth, focusing on creative, human-centered marketing techniques rather than spammy advertising.
Responsibilities: The core responsibility is to lead a personalized grassroots growth campaign for Flaire. This likely involves leveraging personal networks and creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
Qualifications: Prior marketing experience is not required. Ideal candidates are creative, curious travelers with an interest in startups, social media, or branding. They should enjoy connecting people with valuable recommendations and be willing to experiment and have fun while building something real. The internship is designed to be flexible and fit around the intern’s schedule.
