• Pay: $181.44 a day
• Mission: Present products attractively in retail locations and maintain multiple bulk accounts, following quality guidelines.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Merchandise: Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on display and shelves according to procedures and special programs.
• Stock: Physically move product from the backroom and place it on display.
• Promote: Create and distribute point-of-sale materials, fill Fastlane merchandisers, and ensure vendor operation.
• Organize: Organize and maintain backroom by stacking and arranging product, and manage returns of pallets, shells, damaged, and out-of-date product.
• Engage: Foster business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up, discussions on pricing, special programs, and new opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Individuals prepared for a merchandising role involving physical product handling and independent work across various retail environments.
• Experience: Possess a valid in-state driver’s license with an excellent driving history and maintain proof of insurance with specific liability and property damage coverage.
• Skills: Effective communication (listening, speaking, writing), strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work reliably and independently while repetitively lifting 50 lbs.
• Bonus: Prior customer service experience, preferably within a retail setting.
