Job Description
Position Summary
The role involves developing and supporting Membership through various activities, ensuring facility safety, fulfilling Member orders, completing work assignments efficiently, providing excellent Member service, and upholding company policies and values.
What You’ll Do
- Develops and supports Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working towards Membership goals.
- Maintains safety of Facility by adhering to all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials correctly, complying with Company steel standard guidelines, and promptly correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management.
- Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, accurately pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securely holding items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, executing tasks, communicating progress, determining and recommending improvements, and adapting to change, difficulties, and feedback.
- Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.

Compensation
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
