Job Description

This is a Medication Aide position (Qualified Medication Aide – QMA or Certified Medication Aide – CMA) with Trilogy Health Services. The role is based in Lebanon, IN.

As a Medication Aide, you will be part of a close-knit team dedicated to providing compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting. The company emphasizes building meaningful relationships with residents and colleagues across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in a rewarding career growth path through the Apprenticeship Program.
• Prepare, administer, and accurately document all medications used across the health campus.
• Maintain comprehensive resident records related to medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
• Ensure that all medications brought into the health campus by new residents are thoroughly examined and identified by the attending physician, the facility pharmacy, or a pharmacist.
• Actively contribute to creating a caring, compassionate, and safe environment where residents feel valued.
• Adhere strictly to all health campus policies and procedures regarding the proper disposal of medications.

Required Qualifications:
• Possession of a Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide).
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience as a QMA or CMA in a long-term care or home care setting is a plus.
