Medical Sales Specialist – Hospital & IDN
Location: Multiple locations
Job Summary:
The Medical Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Bio-Rad’s Hospital & IDN business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in medical sales, a deep understanding of the hospital and IDN market, and a passion for helping customers improve patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and qualify new sales leads
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals and IDNs
• Provide product demonstrations and training to customers
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide technical support
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes
• Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to support sales efforts
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in medical sales, with a focus on hospitals and IDNs
• Strong understanding of the hospital and IDN market
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel
