About the Medical Office Operations Internship
This part-time, 10-week internship (May 20th – August 1st, 2025) offers a unique opportunity for a rising sophomore or junior pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant field (Health Sciences, Biomedical/Biochemistry, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration) to gain experience in various aspects of medical office operations within a digital therapeutics company. The internship is a hybrid model, requiring attendance at the Tribeca, NYC headquarters on Wednesdays and Fridays.
The internship provides exposure to several key areas:
• Medical Operations and Strategy: Creating meeting decks and tracking budgets.
• Clinical Operations: Assisting with protocol review and data management.
• Clinical Science: Assisting with research projects.
• Medical Affairs: Supporting the identification and engagement of leading experts in relevant therapeutic areas.
• Biostatistics: Collaborating with teams responsible for data analysis and interpretation.
• Ad-hoc projects: Supporting additional special projects as needed.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, a professional work ethic, proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and good written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience through internships, jobs, research, or personal projects is a must. Preferred qualifications include experience in biotechnology or clinical research, familiarity with AI systems (such as Gemini), and experience using Google Sheets and other data systems. The compensation is $22/hour, with benefits including a Mac laptop, company events, and unlimited office snacks and beverages.
