Media Management Intern | Premier Lacrosse League (PLL)
The Tone:
This is an internship at Premier Lacrosse League (PLL), located in NYC or LA (remote considered). The PLL is North America’s premier professional lacrosse organization, featuring elite players and widely distributed content through major broadcasters. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient media workflows, providing essential support in organizing, managing, and distributing all media assets throughout the 2026 season. The intern will ensure content is readily accessible for various needs by adhering to meticulous file organization, naming conventions, and comprehensive metadata tagging.

• Mission: This person ensures all media assets for PLL and WLL are meticulously organized, managed, and readily available for distribution and internal use.
• Tech Stack: Adobe Cloud Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Encoder, Asana, Dropbox
What You’ll Actually Do
• Media Management: Aid in organizing files, implementing naming conventions, and overseeing the upload and distribution of diverse content, including game footage, branded assets, and photos.
• Metadata Tagging: Meticulously tag metadata for all PLL and WLL game footage, branded shoots, original features, and game broadcasts to ensure discoverability and proper categorization.
• Content Editing: Edit and build stringouts for various purposes, including requests from broadcast partners or internal departments.
• Asset Distribution: Create and share all broadcast game links for PLL season sharing sheets, facilitating both internal and external distribution, and restore and track assets for content creators.
• Workflow Oversight: Oversee DIT (Digital Imaging Technician) and the weekly collection of all media assets, organize them within Dropbox, and track player media appearances for archival.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career; foundational understanding of media asset management and sports production workflows.
• Experience: Prior experience in organizing media assets; practical experience in sports production.
• Skills: Strong collaboration, organization, and time management abilities; proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & Encoder; familiarity with common video codecs and file types.
• Bonus: Knowledge of lacrosse.
