Job Summary

The AEG Internship Program gives college students invaluable real-world experience in the dynamic sports and live entertainment industry. As a Media & Global Partnerships Intern, you’ll work with creative, energetic teams and get hands-on experience in digital marketing, ad buying, running media campaigns, and digging into data and metrics. The intern will play an active role in helping the department meet its goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the AEG Media & Global Partnerships team in executing media campaigns, contributing to the overall success and reach of these initiatives.
  • Help in collecting and analyzing data related to media campaigns, focusing on impressions and other key metrics to evaluate performance.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of digital marketing projects, gaining experience in current marketing strategies and tools.
  • Provide hands-on support at events, helping to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for attendees.
  • Assist the Global Partnerships team with various tasks.

Requirements

  • Strong desire to learn more about the sports and entertainment industry.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics).
  • Strong interest in data and metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledgeable in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred.
  • Requires availability on select weekends.
  • The internship requires a minimum of 18 hours per week during the Spring semester.

Compensation & Logistics

  • Pay Scale: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
  • Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-Site)
  • Bonus Eligibility: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
  • Employee Benefits: As a part-time position, this role is not eligible for employee benefits.
  • Work Visa Sponsorship: Employer does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.
