Description: Mechanical Engineering Internship
Trane Technologies’ early career student program internships provide college students with opportunities to gain valuable experience in various engineering fields.
This 12-week summer internship program offers:

• Product Development
• Failure Analysis
• Value Engineering
• Design
• Verification Testing
• Exposure to a variety of projects
• Leadership training
• Networking opportunities
• Potential for full-time employment through the Accelerated Development Program for Engineering or direct hire opportunities

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Motivated to grow professionally
• Proficient in technical concepts
• Willing to relocate within the United States
Currently pursuings:
• Pursuing a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• At least one internship or work experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills (e.g., campus organizations, sports team captain)
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Compensation:
• Base pay: $24.00/hr – $31.00/hr (may vary based on function, class year, and location)
