Job Description: Mechanical Engineering Internship
Trane Technologies’ early career student program internships offer current college students challenging assignments, leadership training, exposure to senior leaders, and networking opportunities. This 12-week summer internship program focuses on Mechanical Engineering, providing valuable experience in areas like:
• Product Development
• Failure Analysis
• Value Engineering
• Design
• Verification Testing
This internship is an On-Site program and positions are available at various facilities across North America.

Requirements:
• Pursuing a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
• At least one internship or work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills (e.g., campus organizations, sports teams, resident advisor).
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Compensation:
• Base pay: $24.00/hr – $31.00/hr (based on US national averages, actual pay may vary based on function, class year, and location).
