What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Work: Work on assigned engineering projects under the close supervision of a mentor or supervisor.
• Observation: Observe the activities and operations within the assigned department or unit.
• Support: Assist mentors and supervisors with day-to-day tasks and operational duties.
• Safety Participation: Actively participate in the Complex’s safety and environmental programs.
• Presentation: Prepare and deliver a presentation to the management team outlining internship experiences and project work.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career student who has completed their second year of college, majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Demonstrated academic achievement with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
• Skills: Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship; fundamental understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
