What You’ll Actually Do
• Prototyping: Create 3D prints and perform necessary post-processing for review by the new product development team.
• Testing Collaboration: Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and submit products for testing in the Engineering test lab.
• Design and Modification: Develop or modify basic models and prints, contributing to product iterations.
• Fixture Construction: Design and construct prototypes and test fixtures, then provide recommendations for their improvement.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct product testing in the Engineering test lab, accurately report results, and formulate data-driven recommendations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program, requiring a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Practical engineering experience through coursework, with a focus on applying learned principles to real-world projects.
• Skills: Basic computer proficiency, knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and strong teamwork skills.
• Skills: Ability to prioritize projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent follow-up skills, organization, and attention to detail.
