What You’ll Actually Do
• HVAC Design: Produce detailed layout and equipment details of HVAC systems.
• Schematic Creation: Produce one-line diagrams and schematics.
• Drawing Assembly: Assist the design team in the process of assembling organized sets of drawings.
• Data Collection: May assist in the data collection and/or field verification.
• Project Development: Work in conjunction with designers and engineers to help develop all aspects of a project.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering, preferably a sophomore (2nd year) or junior (3rd year), with a strong interest in Building Systems Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: No specific years required.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, ability to work independently and with a team, ability to work full time throughout the co-op term, and ability to travel locally for job site inspections and field work.
• Bonus: AutoCAD and REVIT experience preferred.
