What You’ll Actually Do
• Role Fulfillment: Fulfill requirements within an existing business or function.
• Knowledge Application: Apply prior experience and business school learnings to current roles and special projects as they arise.
• Global Immersion: Participate in travel and gain exposure to other regions/countries for project work.
• Executive Engagement: Engage with senior executives through exposure and mentoring opportunities.
• Financial Oversight: Manage Strategy or Financial Portfolio with over $200MM Profit and Loss responsibility.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from an accredited university business school, with degree requirements expected to be completed by May 2027. Ability to work legally in the United States is required, with no visa sponsorship or support available.
• Experience: Successful completion of a Dow MBA Internship, demonstrating strong performance, leadership potential, and alignment with Dow’s values and business objectives.
• Skills: Strategic Planning, Financial Acumen, Leadership & Executive Presence, Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills, Communication & Presentation Skills, Global & Cross-Cultural Agility.
• Bonus: 5-7 years of professional work experience within an operating company. Experience in global business, consulting, financial strategy, and management.
