Program Details:
• Program Name: Royal Caribbean Group 10-week internship program.
• Purpose: To provide meaningful work experiences, develop skills, and enhance understanding of the cruise and travel industry.
• Duration: 10 weeks.
• Dates: June 1st – August 2nd, 2026.
• Format: Hybrid – interns will work in-person Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
• Location: South Florida Offices, including the Port of Miami, Downtown Tech Hub, Miramar Tech Hub, and Entertainment Studios.
• Intern Experience: Interns will work alongside industry professionals, contributing to projects that impact millions of vacationers. The program also includes professional development sessions, community service opportunities, executive spotlights, and behind-the-scenes ship tours.
Specific MBA Internship Function (Corporate Strategy & Development):
The MBA-level internships in the Corporate Strategy and Development teams offer a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to Royal Caribbean Group’s long-term growth and competitive positioning. Interns in these roles will:
• Analyze Industry Trends: Research and interpret market dynamics within the cruise and travel industry.
• Evaluate New Market Opportunities: Identify and assess potential avenues for company expansion.
• Support Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to key projects across the organization aimed at achieving strategic goals.
• Conduct Research & Analysis: Perform in-depth market research, financial modeling, and competitive analysis.
• Identify Opportunities: Pinpoint potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and innovation opportunities that align with Royal Caribbean’s vision.
• Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with executive leadership to develop strategic plans.
• Assess Risk: Evaluate and mitigate potential risks associated with strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Education: Currently pursuing an MBA or a related field of study.
• Graduation Dates: Expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.

• GPA: A minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in related areas is required.
