About the Job – 2026 MBA Internship Program
Job Title(s): MBA Corporate Strategy, MBA Corporate Development, MBA Strategic Initiatives (within the Corporate Strategy and Development teams, and also mentioning an internship opportunity within the Revenue Team).
Program Type: This is a 10-week MBA-level internship program designed to cultivate future leaders within the Royal Caribbean Group.
Program Dates: June 1st – August 2nd, 2026.
Location: Hybrid format based in South Florida Offices (Port of Miami, Downtown Tech Hub, Miramar Tech Hub, Entertainment Studios). Work is in-person Monday – Thursday and remote on Fridays.
Program Purpose & Experience:
The program aims to provide interns with meaningful work experiences and allow them to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Interns will work alongside industry professionals to develop skills and gain a deeper understanding of the cruise and travel industry, contributing to projects that impact millions of vacationers worldwide.

About the Function (MBA Internships – Corporate Strategy & Development):
These MBA-level internships offer a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s long-term growth and competitive positioning. Key responsibilities and activities include:
• Analyzing industry trends.
• Evaluating new market opportunities.
• Supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Conducting in-depth market research, financial modeling, and competitive analysis.
• Identifying potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and innovation opportunities aligned with Royal Caribbean’s vision.
• Collaborating closely with executive leadership to develop strategic plans, assess risk, and facilitate cross-functional initiatives.
• Working to enhance the company’s global footprint and guest experiences.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing an MBA or a related field of study.
• Expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
• Permanent US Work Authorization required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in related areas is also required.
