Job Description: MBA Brand Marketing Intern (Summer 2025)
Ocean Spray’s Brand Marketing team is seeking an MBA intern for its Core Foods or Core Juice business for the summer of 2025 (June start, 10-12 weeks). This is a hybrid role, with Mondays and Fridays remote, based in either Boston, MA or Lakeville, MA (corporate headquarters).
Responsibilities:
The intern will work closely with the Beverage or Foods Marketing teams, taking ownership of their own projects. Specific responsibilities may include:
• Developing marketing strategies for new consumer targets.
• Assessing the potential market size for new products or initiatives.
• Creating execution plans based on consumer needs, customer requirements, and category dynamics.
• Experiencing agile marketing within a legacy industry.
The internship offers the opportunity to learn about new marketing methods, work collaboratively across functions, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s success. Interns will have ample chances to present ideas to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed (by Winter 2024/Spring 2025) an MBA or Master’s degree.
• Possesses good energy, consumer empathy, open-mindedness, and a positive “can-do” attitude.
• Preferred: 2-4 years of experience in food and beverage industries (brand management, agency work, consumer insights, sales, finance, etc.).
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
