The BridgeWay is a behavioral health hospital offering a continuum of services designed to help children, adolescents, and adults experiencing behavioral, emotional, or addictive problems. • Team: Interns train with a team of compassionate, dedicated professionals, including board-certified psychiatrists, licensed clinical therapists, nurses, and mental health associates.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Train under the guidance of licensed professionals to deliver compassionate behavioral health support services.
• Assessment: Learn to assess and address emotional, behavioral, or addictive problems across child, adolescent, and adult populations.
• Patient Support: Assist patients in reconnecting with their families, friends, and employers to foster productive lives.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, therapists, and nurses, in providing patient care.
• Skill Development: Develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience within a comprehensive behavioral health environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be actively enrolled in a Master of Social Work (MSW) program from a school with an active affiliation agreement in place.
• Experience: Entry-level, seeking practical experience as part of a master’s degree program in social work or a related counseling field.
• Skills: Ability to clear background checks, reference checks, and AR Maltreatment screening, with state approval to work with the patient population.
