## Mars Finance Internship Experience

As a Mars Finance Intern, you will gain valuable experience in the following areas:

• Driving Digital Agenda: Help the finance team unlock analytics capabilities, optimize processes, and implement next-generation applications and technologies.
• Project-Based Assignments: Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive value through tangible projects. You’ll gain visibility to senior leadership within the organization.
• Skill Development: Build crucial skills including data storytelling, analysis, process optimization, senior leader communication, project ownership, and stakeholder alignment.
• Career Advancement Potential: This internship provides a competitive experience with the potential to join full-time within the MARS Finance Leadership Experience (MFLE) program after graduation.
