Our ultimate objective is to drive consumer demand, visitation and revenue goals for the Walt Disney World Resort. We achieve this goal by developing strategies and communication plans to reach and influence the consumer mindset and behavior including desire to take a Disney vacation, participate in Disney events, visit during a specific season, reach a specific consumer segment, stay in a Disney Resort hotel, and purchase a ticket to Walt Disney World Theme Parks.
This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from June 2026 – January 2027.
What You Will Do
You will help deliver annual revenue and attendance goals for Disney Sports and/or Disney Water Parks. Important responsibilities will include supporting the Managers by building and implementing communication plans, evaluating campaign creative, monitoring and analyzing business performance, and other key projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to construct and present a compelling story from data analysis and consumer insight/research finding, strong math skills, and comfort working with numbers required
- Team collaboration with the ability to handle conflict to positive resolution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation development
- Previous Marketing Internship experience
- Initiative and personal leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Walt Disney Company and Disney Parks
- Experience developing marketing plans, as well as marketing tactics
- Experience working in youth and amateur sports and/or events
- Basic design skills (Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Canva)
Education
- Current Junior or Senior preferred
- Major or previous coursework in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at the time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program.

- Program Length: The approximate dates of this internship are June 2026 – January 2027
- Ability to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) and have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
- Transportation: Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $22.50 per hour.
