Job Description:
The Marketing Strategy and Operations team at Hulu is seeking a Spring 2025 Intern. This role involves significant collaboration with marketing leaders, focusing on:
• Business Management and Team Operations: The intern will contribute to the efficient functioning of the marketing team.
• Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in existing processes and driving the implementation of changes.
• Project Management: Leading new projects and working with executive stakeholders.
• Campaign Support: Assisting campaign teams in prioritizing initiatives and documenting key learnings.
• Reporting: Keeping leadership informed through the creation of weekly executive reports.
Responsibilities include:
• Supporting Hulu’s Marketing team on strategic projects across brand and performance marketing functions.
• Assisting campaign teams in prioritizing initiatives and documenting key learnings.
• Working on improving or establishing new team processes.
• Keeping leaders informed of Marketing updates through weekly executive reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• A proactive, positive, and collaborative work approach.
• Proven organizational skills and efficiency, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance attention to detail with strategic thinking.
• A desire to improve and develop processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in marketing or business, gained through internships or work assignments.
• Experience with project management tools like Airtable.
• Familiarity with the entertainment industry.
Education and Eligibility:
• Enrollment in an accredited college/university (taking at least one class in the spring semester prior to the internship), recent graduation (within 6 months of application), participation in a Disney College Program, or Disney Internship. Applicants should be in their senior year or recent graduates (within 6 months of graduation).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Unrestricted work authorization.
• No more than one year of continuous employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program.
Additional Information:
• Consistent and reliable work schedule throughout the internship (approximately 40 hours/week, preferably 9 am-6 pm PT, in-office).
• Ability to secure housing in the Santa Monica, CA area.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
Compensation: The pay rate for this role in California is $22.00 per hour. Select benefits may be provided.
