About the Role
The Marketing & Public Relations Intern will support the commercial and marketing team in executing brand, digital, and public relations initiatives across Pyramid Global Hospitality’s portfolio of hotels and resorts. This role offers hands-on experience in hospitality marketing, content creation, social media management, and media relations within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, ideal for a student or recent graduate seeking real-world exposure to hotel marketing, brand strategy, and PR execution.
What You’ll Do
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Support social media planning, scheduling, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Help create and edit marketing materials including email campaigns, website content, and promotional collateral
• Conduct competitive research and market analysis to support campaign strategy
• Develop engaging content including social media posts, blogs, and on-property storytelling
• Assist with photography coordination and short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
• Support PR efforts including media list development, press outreach, and tracking coverage
• Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and internal communications
• Monitor media mentions and compile press reports
• Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
• Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking
• Support special projects, events, and on-property activations as needed
You’re a Good Fit If You
• Are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, or related field
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Are familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing trends
• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Are highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Qualifications
• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
