Job Description: Marketing & Public Relations Intern
Job Title: Marketing & Public Relations Intern
Term: Fall of 2025
Summary/Purpose:
The Marketing & Public Relations Intern will primarily assist with 3Aware’s marketing and PR functions as the company’s sales and marketing efforts grow. This role involves contributing to content writing, supporting various marketing events, and helping to maintain 3Aware’s database of stakeholders. The ideal candidate is interested in developing skills in digital marketing, content creation, and public relations.
Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
• CRM Management: Manage 3Aware’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, specifically with stakeholder information.
• Content Creation: Draft content for marketing campaigns.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
• Event Support: Support 3Aware’s participation in trade shows.
• Market Research: Perform market analysis and research.
• Daily Marketing Support: Support the marketing team in daily tasks.
• Other Duties: Complete other assigned duties.
Required & Preferred Qualifications (What You Bring):
• Education: Current enrollment in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
• CRM Experience: Experience working with a CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce (hands-on or academic).
• Writing Skills: Writing experience; experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools is a plus.
• Marketing/PR Knowledge: Solid understanding of marketing and Public Relations principles and techniques.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of MS Office; G Suite is a plus.
• Passion: A passion for marketing/PR and its best practices.
