What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze Lead Flow: Analyze lead lifecycle progression, qualification signals, sales dispositions, and conversion trends to develop a comprehensive understanding of how potential customers move through the marketing and sales funnel.
• Optimize Lead Management: Utilize data and process analysis to identify specific opportunities for improving the effectiveness of lead management strategies and operational procedures.
• Drive Alignment: Generate and communicate insights that strengthen the strategic alignment between the Marketing and Sales teams, focusing on collaborative efforts to boost pipeline creation.
• Assess Conversion Performance: Conduct benchmark analyses and evaluate conversion trends to identify engagement signals and qualification criteria that are most predictive of successful lead progression.
• Influence Pipeline: Assess how lead quality, scoring signals, and engagement patterns directly influence and contribute to the overall creation of sales pipeline.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university program during the internship, pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong interest in business operations, analytics, process improvement, or marketing operations, seeking exposure to B2B Marketing Operations and Lead Management strategy.
• Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and keen attention to detail and organizational capabilities. Exhibit self-motivation and eagerness to learn in an environment that values continuous experimentation with emerging capabilities.
• Bonus: Prior experience working with data to identify meaningful insights that drive business outcomes; Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms such as Salesforce or Marketo; Experience documenting business processes, workflows, or operational procedures; Proficiency with analytical tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL.
