The Role
They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Intern. This program offers hands-on experience in marketing operations, including gaining experience in marketing tech stacks, database operations, outbound programs, and lead funnel management.
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with segmentation projects.
• Auditing and cleaning customer and prospect data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
• Identifying and merging duplicate records.
• Auditing lead and contact layouts to improve UX.
• Auditing enrichment flows to increase data coverage.
• Supporting Marketing by pulling target account and contact lists for Outbound programs.
• Analyzing outbound program success (response rates, meetings booked, pipeline creation).
• Helping build and manage outbound cadences in Outreach.
• Organizing and auditing sales sequences.
• In-office attendance four (4) days per week during the duration of the internship.
• Participating in cross-functional projects.
• Collaborating with various teams.
• Identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
The position requires working 28-32 hours per week, onsite 3–4 days/week in the San Francisco office.
