Job Description: Disney+ Lifecycle and Retention Marketing Internship
Location: Singapore
Reporting to: Disney+ Lifecycle and Retention Team
About the Role:
This internship provides an exciting opportunity to support the Disney+ Lifecycle and Retention team across Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. You’ll play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and retention for the Disney+ streaming service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Development and Execution: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement engaging marketing campaigns across various direct communication channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Marketing Calendar: Contribute to the planning and development of a comprehensive marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to secure assets for campaigns, and provide clear briefs to creative agencies regarding copy angles.
• Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to gather insights for future campaign optimization and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting data-driven optimizations.
• Business Metric Collaboration: Partner with the Lifecycle team to identify opportunities to drive key business metrics, such as acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Championing New Techniques: Promote innovative customer engagement and retention techniques and approaches.
• Automated Campaign Management: Work with regional lifecycle leads to brainstorm, launch, and maintain automated marketing campaigns.
• Creative Thinking: Generate fresh and inventive ideas to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies.
Internship Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must still be an undergraduate student and not yet graduated during the internship period.
• Full-time commitment required (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January and June 2025.

Qualifications:
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and subscription-based business models is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to make a difference.
• Creative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency and strong writing/speaking proficiency in both Chinese and English are required.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
