Job Description: Marketing Intern (Intern II)
This is a 10-12 week summer internship for undergraduate students (rising seniors) pursuing a Marketing or Business-related degree between December 2025 and June 2026. Prior internship experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities: Interns will be assigned projects based on their skills and the company’s needs. Projects will be strategically and/or operationally important. Responsibilities may include:
• Partnering with leadership to identify and address areas for efficiency improvement and benchmarking against industry best practices.
• Becoming a process owner, critically reviewing processes, and recommending improvements.
• Learning and applying continuous improvement methodologies (PPI, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Supporting the execution of marketing/sales enablement initiatives.
• Developing automated data loads and schedules.
• Performing ad hoc analysis and data compilation for various projects.
• Maintaining PowerBI and providing reporting support.
• Establishing measurements and targets for marketing plans and roadmaps.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate student (rising senior) in Marketing or a Business-related field.
• Graduation between December 2025 and June 2026.
• Demonstrated track record of results, integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
• Ability to champion change, achieve results, and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. (F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, and CPT visas are not accepted for this internship).
Locations & Start Date:
The internship is offered in several locations: Grand Island, NY; Pittsburgh, PA; Asheville, NC; Fair Lawn, NJ; Hillsboro, OR; Waltham, MA; Carlsbad, CA; and San Jose, CA. The start date is either May 12th or June 16th, 2025.
Compensation & Benefits:
• hourly rate: $18.50 – $24.50 (depending on location).
• Relocation stipend: $5,000 (if located 50+ miles from the internship location).
