Description: Marketing Intern (Intern II)
This is a summer internship for undergraduate students (rising seniors) pursuing a Marketing or Business-related degree between December 2025 and June 2026. The internship lasts 10-12 weeks, starting either May 12th or June 16th, 2025, and is based in one of several locations (Grand Island, NY; Pittsburgh, PA; Asheville, NC; Fair Lawn, NJ; Hillsboro, OR; Waltham, MA; Carlsbad, CA; San Jose, CA).
Responsibilities: Interns are assigned projects based on their skills and the company’s needs. All projects will be strategically and/or operationally important. Potential responsibilities include:
• Partnering with leadership to identify and address areas for efficiency improvement and benchmarking against industry best practices.
• Becoming a process owner, critically reviewing processes, and recommending improvements.
• Learning continuous improvement methodologies (PPI, Six Sigma, etc.) and promoting improvement initiatives.
• Supporting marketing/sales enablement initiatives to drive business results.
• Developing automated data loads and schedules to ensure timely information.
• Performing ad hoc analysis and compiling data for various projects.
• Maintaining PowerBI and providing reporting support.
• Establishing measurements and targets based on historical and forecasted data to develop marketing plans, roadmaps, and tactical elements.
Currently pursuings:
• Undergraduate student (rising senior) in Marketing or Business-related field, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
• 0 years of work experience required; previous internships preferred.
• Consistent record of demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
• Ability to champion change, drive results, and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship (F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, and CPT visas are not accepted).
Compensation & Benefits:
• hourly rate: $18.50 – $24.50 (depending on location).
• Relocation stipend: $5,000 (if located 50+ miles from the internship location).
