Marketing Intern – General Marketing & Brand Strategy (On-Site) | Specialty Wellness
The Tone:
This is a Part-Time Internship at Specialty Wellness, located in The Colony, TX. Specialty Wellness redefines patient-centered healthcare by blending modern medicine with a strong focus on lifestyle, prevention, and whole-person wellness. This role offers significant ownership of campaigns, data, and brand decisions, aiming to shape how the company connects with its community. What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Development: Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Market Research: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and patient/customer insights to inform marketing strategy.
• Content Creation: Assist in planning, writing, and editing content for blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and website pages.
• Digital Advertising: Collaborate on social media strategy and community engagement, and help manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Performance Tracking: Track KPIs, build performance dashboards, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Marketing, MBA, Communications, Digital Media, or related field); exceptional undergraduate seniors will also be considered.
• Experience: Required portfolio, coursework samples, or campaign work demonstrating marketing capability. Familiarity with SEO principles, content marketing, and paid media fundamentals.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data, excellent written and verbal communication, and a proactive, self-starter attitude. Working knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Canva.
• Bonus: Prior internship or project experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries. Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, or basic graphic design. Understanding of brand strategy frameworks and consumer journey mapping.
