Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Intern/Junior Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our direct and digital marketing initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact campaign effectiveness and customer engagement:
- Customer Journey Mapping: Document and assist in creating detailed customer journey maps to identify key touchpoints and optimization opportunities.
- Email Campaign Development: Contribute to the strategic development of email campaigns by assisting in the selection of compelling subject lines, calls-to-action (CTAs), and optimized content blocks.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough review and proof testing of marketing emails for accuracy, functionality across various platforms, and brand compliance.
- Campaign Tracking Setup: Support the technical setup of new marketing campaigns, including the configuration of tracking mechanisms to ensure precise performance measurement.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze web traffic, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluate overall campaign performance using Google Analytics and proprietary internal reports.
- Data Interpretation: Compile and analyze diverse marketing data sets to pinpoint trends, identify areas for strategic improvement, and inform future strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research on new marketing partners, emerging tactics, industry trends, and potential growth opportunities.
- Competitive Intelligence: Research and document competitors’ marketing strategies, particularly in the digital space, to identify new opportunities, benchmark performance, and garner insights for campaign optimization.
- Testing & Optimization: Propose and evaluate testing opportunities (e.g., A/B tests) to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Integrated Campaigns: Identify and suggest opportunities for integrated marketing campaigns that synergize direct mail and digital channels for a cohesive customer experience.
- Segmented Marketing: Brainstorm and propose innovative marketing ideas tailored to defined customer segments across both digital and direct mail platforms.
- Creative Strategy Support: Participate in informing the creative strategy and assist with the end-to-end asset development and compliance approval processes.

Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing/Advertising, Communications, or a closely related field.
