Marketing Intern | Glow Recipe
The Tone:
This is an internship at Glow Recipe, located in a hybrid capacity for candidates in the NYC area. Glow Recipe creates clean, fruit-forward, clinically effective skincare. They are a vegan, cruelty-free skincare line that pairs antioxidant-rich fruit with gentle, yet powerful actives to treat skin based on its daily changing needs, embracing real skin to help users achieve their healthiest skin yet. This role offers beauty-loving, skincare-obsessed interns the opportunity to gain experience in the beauty field by working with a rapidly growing, skincare-focused startup and contribute to developing launch plans, partnership ideas, and events.

• Mission: Assist the marketing team in developing launch plans, partnership ideas, events, presentation materials, competitive analysis, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy: Participate in developing global brand marketing strategy for product innovation, new launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Events: Assist with the planning, execution, and management of in-real-life (IRL) events and community-centric brand programs.
• Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams across Retail, Operations, E-commerce, and PR to coordinate deliverables such as copy, artwork, and ads.
• Materials: Create and maintain presentation materials, charts, and spreadsheets.
• Analysis: Assist with the collection and analysis of competitive marketing data.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student. Must be able to receive school credit for this internship program. Candidates should have a passion for marketing, beauty, and skincare.
• Experience: No specific years required. Demonstrated ability to assist with administrative and marketing-related projects.
• Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and analytical communication skills; solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; self-starter, hard-working, positive attitude, and team player.
• Bonus: Event experience is a plus.
