Job Description: 2025 Summer Intern – Marketing Intern – Undergrad
This 10-week internship offers valuable hands-on experience for undergraduate students interested in marketing. You’ll be placed in one of PepsiCo’s three U.S. headquarters: Chicago, IL (PepsiCo Foods, Gatorade, PBNA Central Division), Purchase, NY (PepsiCo Beverages), or Plano, TX (PepsiCo Foods).

Responsibilities may include:
• Partnering with agencies to develop brand positioning and communication strategies.
• Generating brand activation ideas and strategies based on consumer insights.
• Analyzing brand performance, competitor performance, and channel dynamics.
• Developing communication plans to support new product launches and promotional events.
• Supporting innovation teams in consumer analysis, concept development, and graphics development.
The Summer Experience:
This internship aims to provide a meaningful and impactful experience for interns, including:
• 10 weeks of core marketing experience in areas like brand, innovation, shopper marketing, and sports marketing.
• Assigned mentor/buddy for guidance and support.
• Networking events for building lasting relationships with fellow interns.
• Exposure to executive leadership.
• Insights into various career paths within PepsiCo’s marketing organization.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Hourly pay ranging from $20.50 to $39.60/hour, depending on role, degree discipline, degree level, and location.
• Pre-determined and non-negotiable hourly pay for campus hires.
• A comprehensive benefits package for full-time positions, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and more.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.
• Preferred majors: Business or Marketing (other majors will be considered).
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (please include on your resume).
• Interest in working in one of the following locations: Plano, Texas, Purchase, New York, or Chicago, Illinois.
• Indefinite right to work in the United States.
Preferred Candidate Experience and Characteristics:
• Proven leadership through extracurricular involvement.
• Relevant marketing experience (on- or off-campus).
• Demonstrated creativity, passion for marketing, and deep consumer empathy.
• Passion for consumer brands.
• Familiarity with digital media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to find actionable solutions.

• Strong drive for results and intellectual curiosity.
