Job Description

Position Summary: Marketing Intern

Arcesium is seeking an exceptional Marketing Intern to join its Marketing team within Client and Partner Development. This role is crucial in supporting the marketing team’s efforts to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement specifically within the B2B FinTech sector. The internship offers an excellent opportunity for significant learning, active contribution to real projects, and gaining valuable experience across marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Assist in developing various marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and whitepapers, all tailored to resonate with a B2B audience.
• Social Media Management: Support the company’s social media presence by scheduling posts, actively monitoring engagement, and identifying emerging trends or opportunities for interaction.
• Email Marketing: Help in the development, scheduling, and tracking of email campaigns designed to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
• Market Research: Contribute to conducting competitive analysis, broader industry research, and gathering customer insights to help refine and improve marketing strategies.
• Data Analysis: Assist in the collection and analysis of data to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and pinpoint areas for potential improvement.
• Event Support: Aid in the planning and execution of virtual events and webinars, encompassing logistics, promotional activities, and post-event follow-ups.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the broader marketing team on diverse projects, gaining hands-on experience across various facets of B2B marketing.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A genuine interest in FinTech, SaaS (Software as a Service), or B2B Marketing.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including content creation and social media.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media scheduling tools, email marketing software) is considered a plus.
• Possesses traits of being self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Compensation:

The expected annual base salary for this position is $5500 per month. The compensation package also includes a one-time housing stipend.
