Job Title: Marketing Intern

About the Role:
The Marketing Intern will work closely with the founding team to drive North American user growth for RightWayAI. The primary focus will be on building brand presence across key platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Discord, and enhancing engagement with Gen Z audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow RightWayAI’s presence across TikTok, Discord, Instagram, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Create and execute marketing content and community engagement strategies.
• Conduct market and user research, along with competitor benchmarking.
• Provide support for growth campaigns and social media initiatives specifically tailored to Gen Z.

Required Qualifications:
• Multiple years of experience living, studying, or working in North America.
• Deep understanding of North American Gen Z culture, humor, trends, and online behavior.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok and proven experience in online community building.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.

Desired Qualifications (Plus):
• Experience in AI, education, or SaaS.
