Job Summary:
The Marketing Intern position serves as a key liaison within the marketing and sales departments. This role will collaborate directly with the Marketing Director, Marketing Project Manager, Chief Sales Officer, DEUTZ Power Center personnel, and other internal departments. A significant aspect of the job involves assisting with the organization of trade shows and other important events. The ideal candidate is characterized by an enthusiastic attitude and a results-driven spirit, requiring strong graphic design experience, exceptional decision-making abilities, and excellent communication skills. The candidate must demonstrate the capacity to follow through on assigned projects and effectively multi-task under pressure.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
The Marketing Intern’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Asset Creation: Assisting in the creation of visual assets for social media posts, content for DEUTZ websites (both DEUTZ Corporation and DPC websites), and various promotional point-of-sale materials such as signage and product brochures.
Social Media Strategy: Playing a substantial role in the DEUTZ Corporation social media strategy by developing a social media calendar, including daily recommendations and suggested post frequencies.
Performance Metrics: Providing monthly metrics and trends for each social media platform in which DEUTZ Corporation participates.
Branding Support: Supporting DEUTZ Power Center branding guidelines by assisting with service truck graphic approvals and other DEUTZ Power Center point-of-sale materials.
Sales Support: Providing daily assistance by forwarding sales leads to the correct sales channels and personnel.
Event Logistics: Assisting with handling logistics for both DEUTZ products and personnel related to trade shows, including booth space selection and establishing branding and layout.
Other Duties: Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: High school Diploma or equivalent.

Education: Either currently enrolled in college/some college credits (specifically in graphic design or marketing) or graduated with a degree in the field.
Marketing Knowledge: Basic knowledge of marketing best practices.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate well with others throughout the organization.
Work Ethic: Strong customer-focused work ethic.
Software Proficiency: Experience with software such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
