Job Description:
In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement and promote the dining program at Oklahoma City University. This includes market research, planning, brainstorming, promotions, advertising, and implementation. This internship offers the opportunity to spearhead various projects and request assignments to expand your knowledge base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with planning, organizing, and hosting events
• Assist with Dine on Campus program
• Assist in developing and promoting social media calendars
• Act as a brand representative
• Conduct marketing audits
• Perform general administrative tasks
• Complete Marketing Boot Camp
• Survey students to gather marketing research
• Create marketing materials
• Manage signage in multiple locations
• Assist in creating concepts, campaigns, and imagery
• Manage website and social networking profile content
• Attend meetings and events
