Marketing Intern – Summer 2026 | Boys Lie

The Tone:
This is an unpaid internship at Boys Lie, located in Marina Del Rey, CA. This role is crucial for managing the company’s social media presence and driving engaging video content creation for key platforms. The intern will support the Marketing Manager in daily operations, from website upkeep to event preparation, contributing directly to brand visibility and engagement within the fashion industry.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Oversee and update Boys Lie’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Create: Develop heavy video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok, aligning with current trends and engaging the audience.
• Support: Assist with the organization and preparation for photoshoots and company events as needed.
• Maintain: Ensure website accuracy and upkeep via Shopify, and manage office inventory for sample sales.
• Execute: Complete various administrative tasks, social media engagements, and company errands as required.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be currently enrolled in college with good academic standing, seeking to attain internship hours for course or degree requirements. Possesses a passion for marketing.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in creating and editing video content, including familiarity with platforms like CapCut and Edits. Up to date with current TikTok and Instagram Reels trends.
• Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Suite, and Dropbox. Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills, with the ability to juggle concurrent projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
