Job Description: Marketing Intern
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in partner marketing within a global technology company. As a Marketing Intern, you will be instrumental in analyzing the performance of partner marketing campaigns across the Americas, helping to optimize their effectiveness and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of various partner marketing campaigns including events, digital advertising, webinars, and other initiatives within the partner ecosystem.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Ensure campaign data is presented clearly, is actionable, and aligns with team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Recommend improvements to tracking and reporting systems to enhance clarity and usability.
• Lead Flow Analysis: Track the flow of partner-generated leads, analyzing key metrics such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL), lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
• Feedback Collection & Synthesis: Collect and synthesize feedback on lead quality, identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting refinements to optimize lead follow-up and conversion.
• Partner Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new partners to the Dassault Systèmes ecosystem.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, partnerships, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with data analysis concepts.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Location: Dassault Systèmes Waltham office at 175 Wyman St, Waltham, MA
• Work Model: Hybrid
• Compensation: $20 to $33 per hour, commensurate with experience.
