Job Description:
As a part-time summer Marketing Intern at Bridger Aerospace, you’ll support the daily operations of a growing marketing team focused on aerial firefighting, aerospace engineering, and wildland firefighter technologies. This role combines creative support with practical, behind-the-scenes tasks to help elevate our brand and mission.
From assisting in media capture to researching industry trends and helping prepare for events, you’ll gain experience in many aspects of aviation-focused B2B marketing while playing a direct role in how our story gets told. The Marketing Intern is supervised by and reports to the Marketing Manager. This position is based at Bridger Aerospace HQ in Belgrade, MT, is part-time, and is from mid June – late August, 2025.
Responsibilities:
• Capturing and editing photo/video content of aircraft operations and company events.
• Assisting with social media scheduling, content planning, and industry trend monitoring.
• Conducting research on industry news, competitors, and marketing best practices.
• Tracking engagement and performance across digital marketing channels.
• Preparing and packing materials for trade shows, events, and field deployments.
• Shipping and fulfilling Bridger merchandise and apparel orders.
• Managing inventory of branded items and marketing supplies.
• Supporting internal communications through presentations, newsletters, and handouts.
• Assisting with scheduling, project coordination, and general marketing tasks.
• Tracking community sponsorship requests and helping manage local engagement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic familiarity with photography, social media, and content organization.
• Comfortable using tools like Instagram, Facebook, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Self-starter with strong organizational habits and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift and pack boxes, support event setup, and work on your feet when needed.
