Job Description:

Amazon is seeking a Marketing Intern in Milan, MI (note, this should be Milan, Italy, given the language requirements). This is a 6-month paid internship. You will be involved in planning, executing, and measuring the performance of marketing campaigns to build and engage customers via demand and lead generation campaigns, creating effective strategies for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Benchmark onsite merchandising best practices globally and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor and optimize performance of marketing campaigns to ensure a flawless customer experience and sustainable growth.
• Develop survey mechanisms and build strategies to optimize internal processes.
• Summarize campaign performance, insights and recommendations for stakeholders
• Build trusted partnerships with the business to influence and support business decisions that promotes improvements and cost reductions.

Team Information:

As a Marketing Intern, you will either be part of the Amazon Retail or Amazon Fresh business:

Amazon Retail: Focuses on improving the selection and shopping experience for customers across various product categories (books, fashion, electronics, grocery, etc.).
Amazon Fresh: Amazon’s in-store and grocery delivery retailer, emphasizing a convenient shopping experience with high-quality produce, meat, seafood, and prepared foods.

Basic Qualifications:

• Available to commence an internship between January and December 2025 for 6 months, full time (40h/week).
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, with an anticipated graduation date after the completion of the internship.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Level – C1 or higher).
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Italian (Level – B2 or higher).
• Must be based in Milan for the duration of the internship. A relocation package may be offered, subject to an eligibility criterion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Studies within Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or similar fields.
