Job description:

Allied HOA Partners is seeking a Marketing Intern for Summer 2025 and/or Fall 2025, tailored for high-performing students in the Irvine area. The intern will support brand growth and gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a consistent social media strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine content strategy and increase organic reach.
• Manage video file organization and publishing across designated platforms.
• Conduct on-page SEO audits and keyword research.
• Support day-to-day business development efforts, including coordinating targeted marketing campaigns, creating outreach content for prospective clients, and assisting in the development of promotional materials.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• A genuine curiosity for the community association industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
• Proficiency in basic video editing tools such as CapCut or iMovie; Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Demonstrated creativity and interest in developing compelling marketing content.
