Job Description: Marketing Intern
Basic Function: This internship offers a dynamic, fast-paced experience focusing on various marketing projects.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will contribute to the following:
• Website Content Refresh: Updating website content, including verbiage for SEO purposes, layout, and content changes. Nurturing website campaigns.
• Content Creation: Writing new case histories (requiring interviewing and report analysis), creating blog articles from existing materials, and developing and implementing marketing subscription email strategies.
• Collateral Development: Assisting in new collateral processes and reformatting Solomon’s study marketing templates, including a sequential review process.
• Potential for Advancement: The role may evolve to include working with multiple business units, contributing to content creation for LinkedIn, developing Bing and Google ads, and addressing other content needs.
Qualifications:
• Required:
• Two or more years towards a degree in Journalism, Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, STEM, or demonstrated interest in sales and marketing.
• Demonstrated driver mindset, research skills, personable and professional demeanor, proactive approach, and team-player attitude.
• Content-Specific Education: Writing with a technical oil and gas focus is essential.
• Technical Skills: Experience with LinkedIn, Google, and Bing ads; design and building of landing pages; intermediate Microsoft® skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
