Job Description: Marketing Intern (U.S. Team, Austin, TX)
This internship offers hands-on experience in various marketing disciplines within bolttech’s U.S. Marketing team, located in downtown Austin (301 Congress Ave, Suite 1200). The internship includes a structured learning experience and the opportunity to manage your own project while working alongside subject-matter experts.
Responsibilities will encompass the following areas:
• Design & Branding:
• Assisting in developing visual assets for digital and print marketing materials (social media graphics, presentations, promotional content).
• Maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborating on brainstorming and executing creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Performance Marketing:
• Supporting company participation in industry events to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
• Assisting in the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns (social media ads, pay-per-click ads).
• Analyzing campaign KPIs and generating insights to improve ROI.
• Conducting competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
• Content Marketing:
• Creating and managing content for blogs, social media, email marketing, and other channels.
• Researching industry trends and audience insights to inform content development.
• Tracking content performance and suggesting improvements.
• Product Marketing:
• Collaborating with the product team to translate product features into customer-centric messaging.
• Supporting go-to-market strategies for product launches, including developing marketing collateral.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in various marketing disciplines (branding, performance, content, product).
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.
