Job Description: Marketing Intern
Position Overview: Virtuance seeks a Marketing Intern to support their social media and SEO initiatives. This is a paid, remote internship running approximately May 15th, 2025 – August 15th, 2025 (subject to change), for 30-35 hours per week.
Role Overview: This internship provides hands-on experience in a dynamic marketing environment. The intern will work closely with Marketing Manager(s) to implement strategies and drive results. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, real estate, and/or photography, and eager to learn and contribute to a growing company.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: The intern will be involved in several key areas:
• SEO Blog Optimization: Assisting with keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates for existing blog content.
• Social Media Management: Planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Google My Business. Contributing to social media calendars and strategies.
• Marketing Competitive Analysis: Researching and analyzing competitor marketing strategies to identify opportunities.
• Email Marketing Support: Supporting the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including brainstorming content ideas and contributing to the company newsletter.
• General Content Creation: Assisting with the creation of various content formats, such as social media posts, short and long-form videos, infographics, visual assets, ebooks, checklists, and lead-generating guides.
• Other Related Projects: Contributing to other marketing projects as assigned.
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in university or college, eligible for academic credit.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program for Marketing, Business, English, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to commit to 30-35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, during standard business hours.
• Remote work capability with reliable high-speed internet.
• Residency in AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, MA, MI, MO, NY, OH, SC, TN, TX, or WA.
• Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral), and time management skills.
• Collaborative, collegial, resourceful, and willing to contribute to various projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn.
• Interest in real estate and/or photography is a plus.
