Job Description: Marketing Intern at Bonotel (an Internova Travel Group company)
This Marketing Intern position directly supports Bonotel’s outbound marketing efforts. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities across the marketing campaign process, including:
• Campaign Planning & Tracking: Working with the Director of Marketing to add campaign schedules to the master marketing tracker; gathering post-campaign metrics and KPIs for internal and external summaries; tracking progress of tiered marketing overrides and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Content Management & Creation: Maintaining Bonotel’s promotions export for external partners; working with hotel partners to gather and update website content; organizing and editing images and managing the asset library; uploading images to the Bonotel website; assisting with the creation of website advertisements, landing pages, flyers, and other marketing materials; assisting with the creation of newsflashes for email campaigns; assisting with content creation and scheduling for Bonotel’s social media channels.
• Other responsibilities: Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
Qualifications:
• Interest in sales & marketing
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other similar graphic design programs
• Experience with email marketing tools and the customer email marketing journey
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of accuracy and follow-through
• Team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude
• Flexibility working in a fast, active, and always changing environment
Compensation: The salary range is dependent on factors such as years of experience, geographical location, and budget. The range provided is for U.S. candidates; international candidates’ salary will be based on the local market. The role may also be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or discretionary bonus program.
