Marketing Intern Job Description:
This ten-week summer internship in New York, NY, offers a hybrid work model. The hourly compensation ranges from $25 to $30, adjusted based on location, experience, and other relevant factors. The intern will work closely with senior team members, taking ownership of significant projects and experiencing professional growth.
The internship may involve one or more of the following tasks:
• UX Project Collaboration: Contributing to a UX project and supporting future improvements for PineBridge.com.
• Web Metrics Monitoring & Improvement: Tracking and enhancing website metrics by generating weekly reports for the marketing team, focusing on KPIs and conversion points. (Google G4 knowledge is a plus but not required.)
• Website Search Enhancement: Improving PineBridge.com’s search functionality to optimize the user experience. (Algolia knowledge is a plus but not required.)
• Front-End Web Component Creation: Assisting in the development of front-end web components using Adobe XD.
• Website Quality Control: Performing quality checks on the website.
Qualifications:
• Experience with website creation or development.
• Proficiency in Adobe software or other UX tools.
• Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
• Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and organized approach.
• Previous internship or work experience (preferred).
• Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
