Job Description: Marketing Intern

This internship offers a comprehensive experience in supporting 360-degree marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of marketing initiatives, from initial concept and planning through execution and performance reporting. Specific responsibilities include:

Influencer Marketing: Identifying relevant influencers, managing outreach and scheduling, maintaining ongoing communication and relationships with existing influencers, and tracking key opinion leader (KOL) partnerships.
Marketing Content Creation: Assisting in the brainstorming, creation, and proofing of various marketing materials, including videos, photos, and banners, ensuring alignment with the BRC brand.
Communications & Copywriting: Drafting and developing internal and external communications, copywriting, and marketing briefs for various campaigns.
Market Research & Analysis: Conducting market research to analyze competitors, identify social media trends, brainstorm campaign ideas, and create content calendars designed to enhance BRC’s social media presence and brand recognition.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitoring key metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying successful strategies for scalability. Creating regular reports, campaign presentations, and meeting notes.
Administrative Support: Handling various administrative tasks as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serving as a liaison between the US team and headquarters, effectively working across different time zones.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles and digital channels, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Google Ads. Prior industry experience is a plus but not required.
